14-day guarantee

We want you to feel safe starting your Lipé journey. That's why Tipo Horta offers an unconditional 14-day guarantee: if for any reason you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the charge date.

How to request

Lipé payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email used in the purchase to find your order;
  2. Select the matching invoice and click "Request refund"; or
  3. Email contato@tipohorta.com with the purchase email and order ID — we will forward your request to Paddle.

Processing time

After approval, Paddle processes the chargeback within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the original payment method (card, debit, boleto or digital wallet). The amount is returned to the same method used in the purchase.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the secure portal at /premium — cancellation stops future charges while keeping your access until the end of the already-paid period. Refund requests for renewals follow the same 14-day window from the renewal date.

Special cases

For duplicate charges, technical failure preventing use of the Service, or proven error, refunds may be requested even after the 14 days — we review case by case with Paddle.
